Wet Noses Dog Services – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

By using the services offered by Wet Noses, including but not limited to dog walking, boarding, training, as well as purchasing products from our online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Medications, Supplements & Food:

• For the duration of your dog’s stay, please provide an adequate supply of their regular food, medications, or vitamin supplements.
• If your dog requires medications or vitamin supplements during their stay, kindly provide an adequate supply
• In the event that the provided food, medication, or supplements run out, Wet Noses will make efforts to procure the necessary items. Additional charges, including a procurement fee, may apply.

3. Personal Items:

• Wet Noses is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items (including toys and bedding) that you leave with your dog.
• We recommend not leaving valuable or irreplaceable items with your dog during their stay.

4. Abandoned Dogs:

• Should you fail to pick up your dog by the designated time without making prior arrangements, Wet Noses will provide basic services to ensure the dog’s welfare. Charges will continue to accrue.
• Dogs not picked up within a reasonable timeframe will be considered abandoned. Ownership may be relinquished, and the dog could be handed over to a third-party adoption agency or local animal control.
• Owners will remain responsible for all unpaid charges in such cases.

5. Liability & Responsibilities:

• Dog owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are fit for our services and must maintain current vaccinations.
• Owners are solely responsible for the behavior of their dogs while using Wet Noses services.
• In the event of injuries or damages caused by your dog to staff or other animals, or to the facility, owners will be held accountable for the costs.

6. Emergency Procedures:

• In case of emergencies or natural disasters, Wet Noses will make every effort to contact you. If unable to reach you, Wet Noses reserves the right to transport or find temporary housing for your dog until you can retrieve them.

7. Photography & Videography:

• Wet Noses may photograph, videotape, or record your dog during their stay or during services.
• Wet Noses retains all rights to these images and recordings and may use them for promotional or other purposes.

8. Training Services:

• The effectiveness of dog training services largely depends on the owner’s dedication, participation, and communication.
• Owners are encouraged to actively engage in the training process for optimal results.
• Wet Noses reserves the right to discontinue training sessions if owners employ contradictory training methods that may hinder the training process.

9. Online Store Purchases:

• All sales from the Wet Noses online store, including dog leashes and treats, are final unless otherwise stated.

10. Agreement and Acceptance:

• This agreement outlines the terms of the relationship between Wet Noses and the customer. Each time you use our services or make a purchase, you reaffirm your agreement to these terms.
• We recommend discussing any concerns or questions with a Wet Noses representative before using our services or making a purchase.
